Specification and Procedure for Acceptance of Sound Reinforcement Engineering

1、Acceptance scope
1.System related functions.For example,the multifunctional application characteristics of sound reinforcement engineering in sports venues;The linkage operation function between the main sound reinforcement system and fire public broadcasting,large screen display,television commentator,training room,news release,square sound reinforcement and recording system.The functional switching characteristics of the multifunctional theater sound reinforcement system;The main sound reinforcement system has signal exchange functions with fire protection,public broadcasting,stage lighting,television broadcasting,program recording,movie screening,technical rooms,and internal communication systems.
2.Check the quality and safety performance of system installation.
3.Acoustic characteristic indicators of on-site sampling system.Such as sound transmission gain,transmission frequency characteristics,sound field non-uniformity,and maximum sound pressure level.
4.Check the static noise of the system.At a distance of 2-3 meters from the speaker box,there should be no obvious communication or slight noise.
5.Play the dedicated program source for subjective evaluation of sound quality(GSBM 61001)for subjective evaluation of sound quality.
The sound effect is the ultimate reflection of evaluating the quality of sound reinforcement engineering.However,the sound effect of the system involves a reasonable combination of the electroacoustic system and the acoustic building system.The electroacoustic system(sound reinforcement engineering)is like a car driving on a road,and the sound conditions are like a road.Without a well paved road,the best performing car is also difficult to achieve the goal of fast,comfortable,and safe driving,just like a best performing speaker is difficult to play good sound effects in a bathhouse.Therefore,before conducting subjective evaluation of sound quality,the first step is to determine whether the building sound conditions of the room meet the usage requirements.
The sound effect of the system can be measured using two rulers,one for objective measurement and the other for subjective evaluation of sound quality.Objective measurement refers to the acoustic characteristic indicators that can be measured by acoustic instruments,such as system transmission frequency characteristics,sound field non-uniformity,maximum sound pressure level,sound transmission gain,and sound clarity.Its characteristic is that the measurement results are accurate,objective,and data can be used to express the acoustic characteristics of the system,but cannot fully reflect the auditory effect of the human ear,such as the fullness,softness,brightness,layering,balance,etc.of sound.The final sound quality effect can also be identified by the ears.The subjective evaluation of sound quality results in significant subjectivity,which is closely related to the age,gender,professional quality,hobbies,and program sources of the evaluators.
Objective measurement is a fundamental requirement for the acoustic characteristics of sound reinforcement systems;The subjective evaluation of sound quality is the ultimate result of auditory perception.The two have an inherent connection and cannot replace each other.It is a complementary relationship,and the two cannot be lacking in a complementary relationship.
6.Review the accuracy,standardization,completeness,and reliability of all completed drawings and materials,as well as the testing data.Meets the requirements for data archiving and backup.
2、Acceptance procedure
The acceptance team first listens to a brief introduction of the project implementation by the design and construction units,as well as an explanation of the achievable usage functions and sound effects.The trial operation situation,problems found,and solutions are also discussed.Then,based on the acceptance scope,conduct on-site inspections on the construction quality,measure the acoustic characteristic indicators of the sampling system,and subjectively evaluate the sound quality.The final acceptance team communicates with the construction unit,design and construction units.The design and construction units answer the questions raised.
Any general issues discovered during the acceptance process can be corrected within a specified period of time.If the engineering acceptance is not qualified(major quality problems or poor sound quality effects are found,etc.),the design and construction units are allowed to make corrections within a time limit before conducting a re inspection.
Within one year after the completion and acceptance of the project,if the system malfunctions due to product equipment or design or construction quality,the design and construction units shall be responsible for taking measures to restore the normal operation of the system.
