When using a microphone for singing, the distance between the microphone and the speaker should not be too close, especially when the microphone is not directly facing the speaker. It is necessary to adjust the development of the microphone input signal appropriately to avoid the sound played by the speaker producing feedback whistling sound. The distance between the microphone and the speaker should be at least 1.5 meters. At the same time,it should be kept away from walls and other hard reflectors as much as possible to avoid self excited whistling caused by reflection.
When singing, the distance between the mouth and the microphone should generally be between 10-20 centimeters and at a 45 degree angle, resulting in better frequency response and smoother playback sound quality. If there is a chattering or breathing sound while singing, the microphone can be kept away or deviated from the mouth.
When using a microphone,it is important to avoid excessive airflow to prevent the microphone from producing flow noise.Do not wrap the microphone with fabric to avoid affecting the high-frequency part of the sound.During the sound test,it is strictly prohibited to tap the microphone protective cover with your hands to prevent damage to the internal parts of the microphone, and do not bend the microphone wires with your hands to prevent short circuits in the power supply.
